We want you to be genuinely happy with Booked & Paid Service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription. It applies in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law, which are not affected by this policy.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
First-time subscribers on any paid plan may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, for any reason. Contact us within that window from the email address on your account and we will refund your most recent payment in full.
2. Monthly subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Beyond the 14-day window, monthly payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Annual subscriptions
- Annual plans are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee described above.
- After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent auto-renewal.
- If we materially discontinue a paid feature you specifically bought the annual plan for, we will offer a prorated refund for the unused portion.
4. Service issues and downtime
If a confirmed platform-wide incident materially prevents you from using the Service for an extended period, we may — at our discretion — issue an account credit or a prorated refund. Contact support with the incident details and dates.
5. Duplicate charges and billing errors
Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full as soon as they are verified. Please contact us within 60 days of the transaction.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact us first — we resolve almost all refund requests within a few business days. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.
7. Non-refundable items
- Add-on services, one-time setup fees, or bespoke work already delivered.
- Taxes and third-party payment-processor fees where we cannot recover them.
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
8. EU / UK statutory withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase. By starting to use the Service during that period, you agree that we may begin providing it immediately; if you then withdraw, we may charge a proportional amount for the Service used up to that point.
9. How to request a refund
Email billing@bookedandpaidservice.live from your account email with the subject "Refund Request", including your account email and the date of the charge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect when you were last charged applies to that charge.
